WEIGHT


A more recent pursuit of mine is to become svelte. Not that I am particularly overweight. I am far from it – but the idea of becoming what I would consider to be ideal is something that is very appealing to me. I therefore set out on that goal. Currently I am 134 pounds. My first goal will be 130. Eventually I would like to be 120.

June 30, 2012:
Summary: Healthy, but could be less.

Several cups of tea with honey, strawberry/banana smoothie with skim milk, Greek salad with feta cheese and olives, a bowl of cherries, toasted artisan bread with an omelet baked into it, a some dark chocolate.



June 25, 2012:
Summary: Not too healthy, but not too bad either.

2 cups green tea, 2 cups of coffee with whole milk and splenda, 1 bread slice with 2 oz. Comte cheese, 1/3 bar Ikea milk chocolate, 2 oz. seaweed salad, 1 oz. eggplant tomato salad, ½ cup pot cheese with 2 tbsp. clover honey, 10 oz. Mustard Herring, 10 oz. White herring, 1 small green tea mocha and 1 cup cherries.
